Following YouTube's move to close the channel of "church leader" Apollo Quiboloy, TikTok earlier banned the account of the said "pastor".
No more Quibs on TikTok?

Quiboloy's official TikTok account could no longer be accessed

As of posting the account @pastor_acq could no longer be accessed. It reads "Account banned" and the account @pastor_acq is no longer available.

TikTok has yet to officially mention the reason behind this move.

Local online news platform run by journalists Rappler reported that Twitter user @DuterteWatchdog wrote to several social media platforms including TikTok. He said that only Tiktok has reacted to his/her email. It @DuterteWatchdog to speculate that TikTok has taken down the account of the said "pastor" after he/she have tipped them with the FBI warrant and the Global Magnitsky Act sactions.

To those who missed it, Quibs is on the most wanted list of the US FBI since February 2022. This was for alleged sex trafficking, fraud, coercion, and bulk cash smuggling charges.

The FBI said he is wanted for "his alleged participation in a labor trafficking scheme that brought church members to the United States, via fraudulently obtained visas, and forced the members to solicit donations for a bogus charity, donations that actually were used to finance church operations and the lavish lifestyles of its leaders."

There is no word if other social media platforms like Facebook, IG, and Twitter will comply with the US Executive Order 13818.
