The HONOR X9b was spotted on the brand's Saudi Arabia website revealing the key details.
Just as we suspected this really looks like a rebranded HONOR X50 in China but with a lower memory configuration and different camera configurations.
The device boasts an ultra-tough display that can withstand drops, scratches, and more just like its predecessor X9a.
You can also see a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED screen with 1.5K 2562 x 1200 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, SGS 5-star Whole-device Drop Resistance certification, and 5-fold eye protection.
Inside, is the 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 octa-core chipset with Adreno A710 GPU. The said chip brings a 40 percent improvement in CPU and 35 percent in GPU vs the SD695.
It is paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The HONOR X50 had a 16GB/512GB memory configuration.
For battery, it has a 5,800mAh capacity that charges + 35W USB-C fast charger.
For cameras, it is equipped with a 108MP shooter for the main that can do motion capture and 3x lossless zoom. It is partnered with 5MP ultra-wide and 2MP for macro shooting.
On the selfie side, it uses a 16MP sensor house in the punch-hole cutout.
Other features are a fingerprint reader, 5G, 4G, WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz), NFC, Bluetooth 5.1 and GPS.
For OS, it runs Android 13 with MagicOS 7.2 skin overlay.
Unfortunately, the website did not reveal the pricing and availability of the X9b.
Stay tuned for more updates.
