OPPO Pad Air 2 launched: 2.4K LCD, Helio G99, and 8,000mAh battery!

Apart from the Reno 11 Series, OPPO also unveiled the Pad Air 2 as its budget tablet.

The tablet appears with some resemblance to the OnePlus Pad however OPPO changed the two colors to Black-Gray or Gray-White on the back but retains a large circular camera island.

At the front, it features an 11.35-inch LCD (IPS) screen with 2.4K 2408 x 1720 resolution at 260 ppi, 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and 400 nits of max brightness.

Inside, it is powered by a 2.4GHz 6nm MediaTek Helio G99 octa-core chip with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, 6 or 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 128GB or 256GB UFS 2.2 storage.

For battery, it has an 8,000mAh capacity that charges using USB-C and a 33W SUPERVOOC charger.

For cameras, the tablet uses an 8MP rear shooter and another 8MP for selfies.

Other features noted are the quad stereo speakers with Dolby Atmo support for an immersive listening experience.

For connectivity, it has WiFi and Bluetooth 5.2. As for software, the tablet runs Android 13 with ColorOS 13.2 skin on top.

OPPO Pad Air 2 8GB/128GB - CNY 1,499 (around PHP 11.7K)

OPPO Pad Air 2 8GB/256GB - CNY 1,699 (around PHP 13.2K)

The tablet is now available for pre-order in China and the sale begins on November 25, 2023. OPPO hasn't commented on a PH release but we will let you know once it's here.
