OPPO Reno 11 and 11 Pro launched: Dimensity 8200, SD8+G1, and 50MP Sony LYT-600 or IMX890 cameras!

Today OPPO unveils the Reno 11 Series, a few months after revealing the Reno 10 Series.

Both devices come with a refreshed elegant design pattern on the back which is available in Obsidian Black, Moonlight White, and Flourite Blue (Turquoise for Pro version) colorways.

At the front, the Reno 11 features a 6.7-inch AMOLED curved edge screen with FHD+ 2412 x 1080 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

Inside, the vanilla Reno11  is powered by the 3.1GHz 4nm Dimensity 8200 octa-core processor with Mali-G610 6-core GPU. It is paired with 8GB/256GB or 12GB/512GB memory configurations. 

For cameras, it is using 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary shooter + 32MP Sony IMX709 telephoto camera + 8MP ultra-wide sensor. On the selfie side, it uses using 32MP Sony IMX709 sensor. OPPO also mentioned that the rear camera is accompanied by a Find series-level image processing.

For battery, it has a 4,800mAh capacity that charges using USB-C and a 67W fast charger.

On the other hand, the Reno 11 Pro gets a slightly bigger and better display which is a 6.74-inch AMOLED with 1.5K 2772 x 1240 resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.

The OPPO Reno 11 Pro

The Pro variant gets the 4nm 3.2GHz Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 octa-core processor with Adreno GPU, 12GB RAM, and 256GB or 512GB storage options. 

Meanwhile, its battery capacity is slightly smaller at 4,700mAh capacity but comes with faster 80W SUPERVOOC charging.

On the camera side, it uses a 50MP Sony IMX890 primary shooter + 32MP IMX709 telephoto camera + 8MP ultra-wide shooter + LED flash. For selfies, it has a 32MP IMX709 shooter. These cameras also utilize a Find X Series-level image processing as well.

Other features mentioned in both devices include an X-axis linear vibration motor and an in-display fingerprint reader.

Connecitivity-wise, they have 5G, 4G, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 or 5.3 (for Pro), GNSS, GPS, NFC, and dual SIM.

For OS, both of them run Android 14 with ColorOS 14 skin on top.

Both devices are up for pre-order in China. OPPO is also offering a free battery replacement within the first 4 years of purchase of these phones. No word yet for a PH release. We will let you know once it's here.
