HMD Pulse+ Business Edition announced: Up to years security updates, easily repairability

HMD just created a new version of the Pulse+ smartphone targeting corporate consumers.

Business Edition HMD Pulse+, here's what's new:

The HMD Pulse+ Business Edition promises 5 years of security updates to protect the phone from threats and vulnerabilities. This is 2 years more than the usual 3 years that the company provides.

Full design of HMD Pulse+

For extra security, it has a Network lockdown, PIN-only power-off, and PIN pad scramble. This device may even disable biometric authentication at setup for tighter control over how the device is accessed as well as Secure folders and Disguised mode for added peace of mind.

In addition, the device comes with 3 years of warranty. In comparison, most smartphone brands today only offer 1 year of warranty.

The device also promises easy repairability where its users can replace a damaged display, bent charging port, scratched back cover, or even a depleted battery without an engineering degree.

The rest of the specs are similar to the regular Pulse+ except that it sports a larger 6GB of RAM instead of just 4GB.
