First, the new tablet is the iPad Air 2024 equipped with the M2 Apple Silicon chip, a 12MP rear camera, and a new 12MP landscape-style selfie camera. Like the previous generation, it has the TouchID on the power button. it now supports WiFi 6E while the cellular models support 5G connectivity with the eSIM.

It now comes in either an 11-inch 2,360 x 1,640 variant with 500 nits max brightness or a 13-inch 2,732 x 2,048 variant with 600 nits max brightness Liquid Retina display.

The new iPad Pro comes with the new Apple M3 chip with 10 CPU cores and 10 GPU cores. It features quad speakers, a USB-C Thunderbolt 4 port, a 12MP main rear camera, a LiDAR rear-facing scanner, and a 12MP landscape front-facing camera.

The Pro variants will come in either an 11-inch or a 13-inch Ultra Retina XDR panel that Apple claims can deliver up to 1,600 nits of HDR content and 1,000 nits of typical content.
