In a statement, Globe said it has rolled out improvements to enhance the customer experience when using its GlobeOne app and online shop Globe Online.
On the GlobeOne app, users can do the following:
- Manage their account
- Pay bills not just your Globe bills, but other utilities too
- Buy load and promos
- Earn and redeem points with Globe Rewards
- Upgrade prepaid SIM to 5G
- Update the existing mobile plan
- Seek help 24/7
They can also seek assistance for broadband repair requests and bill inquiries.
For new customers or an existing customer who want to renew their mobile plan, they can access the following through Globe Online:
- Apply for a new postpaid mobile or broadband plan
- Apple for renewal
- Add broadband plan to their existing postpaid account, no documents are required
