OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite 5G now official in PH: 50MP LYT-600 sensor, 80W fast charging, stereo speakers, PHP 17,999 price tag

OnePlus just launched its newest entertainment-focused mid-ranger in the Philippines, the Nord CE4 Lite 5G.

The OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite features a neat-looking back design in Mega Blue or Super Silver. It is also quite slim and fairly lightweight measuring at 162.9 x 75.6 x 8.1mm and weighing 191 grams, respectively. Its body is IP54-rated.

In front is the 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 2,100 nits peak brightness. It supports "Aqua Touch" which allows precise and accurate taps and gestures even when the screen is wet.

Inside is the 6nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G octa-core processor, Adreno 619 GPU, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. It supports 2TB microSD card storage expansion and up to 8GB virtual RAM expansion.

The device is powered by a 5,110mAh battery with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging via USB-C and 5W reverse wireless charging.

OnePlus claims that it can last for 18.67 hours of continuous YouTube playback and the included 80W charger will charge 1 percent to 100 percent in just 50 minutes. OnePlus boasts that the battery will last longer because of the following features: AI-powered Battery Health Engine, AI charge acceleration, Subzero charging mode support, and stop charging when the battery is charged at 80 percent. 

The dual stereo speakers can be pushed to 300 percent of the phone's original maximum volume.

The cameras of the OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite 5G

The surprise is the inclusion of the 50MP f/1.8 main camera with a 1/1.95-inch Sony LYT-600 sensor with OIS, EIS, and PDAF. Alongside is the 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor and the LED flash. In front is the 16MP f/2.4 selfie camera.

Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint reader, stereo speakers, 3.5mm audio jack, dual-band WiFi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS, and dual SIM slots.

Running the show is Android 14-based OxygenOS 14.0.
