Tech firm vivo has a new value-for-money budget smartphone for the Philippine market—the Y03t.

The vivo Y03t shares many similarities with the regular Y03 except that it uses a different chipset. The Y03t uses the 1.82GHz 12nm UNISOC T612 octa-core processor with Mali-G57 MP1 graphics instead of the Helio G85 chip. Helio G85 is just a tad better than T612.

The other notable difference is it uses a lower 64GB internal storage instead of 128GB.

The rest are identical.

The device uses a composite plastic sheet back material at the back, a 6.56-inch HD+ 90Hz refresh rate display, 4GB LPDDR4X RAM, 4GB Extended RAM, a 5,000mAh battery, and USB-C 15W fast charging.

For cameras, it has a 13MP main shooter paired with a 0.08MP helper for depth sensing. the selfie camera is 5MP.

It has an IP54 rating for dust and slash resistance.
