DITO offers budget 5G Phone Kit with itel P55, promo price at PHP 4,499

Following the announcement of the 4G Phone Kit from DITO, the telco also offers a 5G Phone Kit with the itel P55 5G.

An affordable 5G alternative

Budget consumers can avail of the bundle at just under PHP 5K which comprises of a phone unit itself and a SIM card with Level Up 99 load + "1 year of unlimited 5G".

The Level Up 99 promo provides users with 9GB data for 15 days + unlimited text, calls to DITO to DITO network, 150-minute calls to another network, Prime Video Mobile for 1 month, and 1GB daily data allowance for social media apps FB and TikTok.

It's also worth pointing out that in order to enjoy the "Unli 5G" claims by DITO, users must subscribe to a Level Up promo like the Level Up 99.

The itel P55 5G

Moving to the phone's specs, it features a 6.6-inch LCD (IPS) screen with HD+ 1600 x 700 resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, 2.4GHz MediaTek 6080 octa-core processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, 6GB RAM, 128GB storage, 5,000mAh battery + 18W fast charger.

In the camera department, the phone uses a 50MP primary sensor coupled with an AI sensor + LED flash. For selfies, it uses an 8MP sensor.

Other features noted are the side-mounted fingerprint reader and 3.5mm audio jack.

Connectivity features are 5G, 4G, VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, and GPS.

For OS, the phone runs Android 13 with itel OS skin on top.
