itel announced the S25 Ultra with an ultra slim profile and big storage.

As its main highlight, the itel S25 Ultra comes with a 6.9mm thin frame joining almost the same ranks as Infinix HOT 50 Pro+ at 6.8mm. It also comes with Meteor Titanium, Bromo Black, and Komodo Ocean color options.

itel also boasts the TitanShield structure which the brand claims can survive bend tests, 25K impacts, and 2K pressure tests. That is thanks to the coated protection film, built-in metal inner frame, silicone sealing rings, and racing-chassis-class die-cast Mg-AI material.

Another spotlight is the Gorilla Glass 7i protection on the screen. Speaking of which, it uses a 6.78-inch 3D Curved AMOLED panel, FHD+ 2436 x 1080 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 1,400 nits peak brightness, and wet/oily touch control support.

Inside, the device is powered by the UNISOC T620 8-core chip with Mali-G57 GPU, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 256GB UFS 2.2 storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with Bypass charging support.

For cameras, it has a 50MP main shooter + filler cameras + circular flash. On the selfie side, it has a 32MP front camera.

Other features are an IP64 rating for dust and water splash resistance, stereo speakers with DTS audio, and GPT AI assistant.
