#ICYMI: PLDT, Smart open experience hubs in Olongapo City and Dumaguete City

PLDT is making services more accessible

PLDT Inc. (PLDT) and its wireless unit Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) recently unveiled experience hubs in two key areas. One is located in Zambales at SM City Olongapo Central, and the other is in Negros Oriental at Robinsons Place Dumaguete City.

These new PLDT and Smart Experience Hubs are aligned with our thrust to continuously innovate and improve customer experience in key cities nationwide, said John Y. Palanca, SVP and Head of Sales and Development at PLDT and Smart.

We also aim to help local governments to bridge the digital divide, boost local industries, and make their cities more attractive to domestic and international markets, he added.

At the PLDT and Smart experience hubs, customers can avail of promos of Smart Signature and PLDT Home fiber plans, or switch their mobile numbers to Smart and TNT. They can also check out some of the latest gadgets for their home and personal needs.

The stores also feature self-care kiosks to help customers discover the mobile and home connectivity plans that are suited for their lifestyle, and entertainment areas to engage the customers.
