A potential MWC 2025 winner?

We are very pleased with Infinix's first take on a foldable phone with the ZERO Flip 5G and even regarded it as the vlogging partner.

But it seems the brand has more tricks up its sleeves with the tri-fold concept and its surprisingly "miniature" size compared to its sister company TECNO Phantom Ultimate 2 or from a rival phonemaker HUAWEI Mate XT Tri-fold.

Similarly, the concept device boasts three screen orientations, making it adapt to different situations such as becoming a compact camera, fitness companion, and a full-blown smartphone. That is achieved thanks to the dual hinge technology used by Infinix.

Infinix added that the mini phone can be mounted on a gym equipment for workouts or even clipped to backpacks to record your mountain adventure.

As you can see, the device's outward-folding design supports dual-screen use, making it possible to conduct real-time multilingual conversations with translations visible to both users at the same time. This setup also allows the device to function as a high-end camera system, utilizing the main camera for capturing photos while the secondary screen acts as a viewfinder for precise framing.

Currently, the brand hasn't mentioned details from it other than the visible dual cameras + LED flash, speaker grill at the bottom, volume rockers and power button which could also feature a fingerprint scanner.

We've seen Infinix introduce interesting concepts from the past conventions like MWC or CES and the brand has won awards from it. Judging from this unique design, it's no surprise if Infinix will clinch another.

For now, there's no word yet if the brand will bring this to the market. Still, having a groundbreaking design is very much welcome with all these similar Android offerings we're seeing.

What do you guys think?
