COMPUTEX 2025: Creator-focused Acer Swift X 14 Series with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 series GPU launched

The new Creator-focused Swift X 14 and Swift X 14 AI aim to cater to professionals, graphic designers, video editors, and photographers with cutting-edge AI performance and stunning visuals. 

Design-wise, it is sleek and lightweight with a versatile form-factor that can lay flat, which enhances usability for collaborative projects or sketching with the stylus. It has a large haptic touchpad and stylus support, which should provide a natural and precise experience for drawing, editing, and navigation.

It is made with post-consumer recycled plastic and shipped in 100 percent packaging and shipped in 100 percent recycled packaging. Both laptops are EPEAT Gold Registered. 

Both models come with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 (Blackwell) GPUs. It will supposedly deliver improved AI-accelerated workflows for video editing, 3D rendering, and live streaming.

Acer Swift X 14 with Intel Core Processor

The Swift X 14 leverages the Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) Processors with configurations of up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 285H, while the Swift X 14 AI can get up to an AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 (Zen 5 cores) Processor. The processor is cooled by TwinAir stereo ring fans and dual copper heat pipes.

The laptops come with a 14.5-inch 3K OLED screen with full DCI-P3 color gamut support, VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 500 certification, and Acer Light Sensing. It is smudge-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass protected, too.

On the sides are two USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, HDMI port and MicroSD card slot.

Other features include DTS:X Ultra Audio, dual speakers, Extra-large touch pad with MPP 2.5 stylus support, WiFi 6E, and a 1080p FHD IR webcam. 

The new Acer Swift X14 and Swift X 14 AI are expected to arrive in the Philippines in the latter part of the year.
