Leveled up customer care service with HUAWEI Care

Filipino users of HUAWEI devices may no longer need to worry about accidental damage, as the Chinese tech giant now offers a "comprehensive protection service" through HUAWEI Care.

Acknowledging some concerns on screen damage, particularly involving its foldable units, HUAWEI Mate XT and HUAWEI Mate X6, the company assured buyers that these phones were "built with premium materials."

To further ease their worries, HUAWEI said that every purchase of the said smartphone models comes with Premium Care Service.

There is a FREE One-Time Screen Protection for accidental screen damage (eligible for HUAWEI Mate XT and HUAWEI Mate X6 within one year from the date of purchase).

For the HUAWEI Mate XT, a maintenance fee of PHP 7,799 will apply. For the HUAWEI Mate X6, on the other hand, a maintenance fee of PHP 2,699 for the cover screen and PHP 3,999 for the main screen will apply.

APAC region warranty coverage. This means that the device would be supported and protected across authorized service centers in the region.

HUAWEI Care uses only genuine spare parts. These parts are 100% original, safe, and backed by the manufacturer's warranty, so you never have to worry about authenticity, the group said.
