OnePlus Nord CE 5 tipped to feature 7,100mAh battery and Dimensity 8350

OnePlus is expected to announce its mid-range Nord CE 5 next month, featuring an efficient chipset and a large battery.

The phone was recently spotted on two certification sites—TDRA and BIS. It came with a model number CPH2717.

Meanwhile, a tipster named Debayan Roy from Gadgetsdata claimed it will feature an FHD+ flat OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and will use the MTK Dimensity 8350 chip.

It will also be paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage and a massive 7,100mAh battery with 80W SUPERVOOC.

In terms of camera hardware, the tipster said it will have a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main shooter + 8MP Sony IMX 355 ultra-wide and a 16MP selfie camera.

Meanwhile, its upgraded sibling, named OnePlus Nord 5, is also expected to tag along. It will feature a flat 120Hz 1.5K OLED, Dimensity 9400e SoC, 7,000mAh battery + 100W charging, and a 50MP + 8MP camera configuration.
