vivo V60 confirmed to launch on August 12

vivo announces the launch date for its mid-range V60, making it the successor to the vivo V50.

Will sport 4 sensors with ZEISS lenses

As per vivo, the official launch date will be on August 12 in India at noon local time.

While the entire details are not yet revealed, vivo teased that it will sport three color options of Auspicious Gold, Moonlit Blue, and Mist Gray.

Will use Snapdragon 7 Gen 4

Inside, it will be powered by a processor called the 2.8GHz 4nm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 octa-core chip with Adreno GPU.

Additionally, vivo also shared that the device will be packed with a large 6,500mAh battery capacity for extended usage.

The brand also mentioned what to expect from its cameras. The vivo V60 will sport a 50MP primary shooter + 50MP telephoto sensor and an ultra-wide camera, but it left out what megapixel or sensor to use. 

In terms of selfies, it is expected to retain a 50MP sensor with a wide-angle lens.

It is also worth noting that all of these 4 sensors will feature a ZEISS lens and will arrive with ZEISS multi-focal portraits. Furthermore, the V60 will also have AI Four-Season portrait and Wedding vLog feature, which is exclusive to the Indian market.
