As per the teaser, vivo confirms the Y500 will feature a MASSIVE 8,200mAh battery that's up by 2,200mAh from its predecessor, with a 6,000mAh battery last year.

Meanwhile, vivo also noted it will have a triple IP rating of IP68/IP69/IP69+ for dust and water resistance and SGS Gold label five-star certification for drops or impacts.

In terms of design, it will feature a bezel-less display, an X200-like camera island, Blue Black, and Purple colorways.
The teaser

Most details are still scarce at the moment. But a tipster shared the device will use a 6.77-inch quad-curved FHD+ AMOLED pane, 120Hz refresh rate, and 5,000 nits max brightness.

Inside, it is reported to sport a 4nm MTK Dimensity 7300 octa-core chip and will also feature 90W fast charging, a 50MP rear shooter, and an 8MP selfie camera.

Finally, the device is claimed to run on Android 15 with Origin OS 5 out of the box.
