REDMI K90 Pro Max launched: Sound by Bose 2.1ch speakers, SD 8 Elite Gen 5, 50MP Light Fusion 950

Following the launch of the 17 Series, Xiaomi also introduced the REDMI K90 Series with a Pro Max variant.

The REDMI K90 Pro Max is available in multiple color options, including a denim blue variant that replicates the texture of denim fabric.

Its design includes a flat rear panel, metallic edges, and a large camera module. The device also has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

2.1ch Sound by Bose speakers

Its main spotlight includes an audio system tuned by Bose, which features a 2.1-channel setup with a dedicated rear speaker. 

The front of the device is equipped with a 6.9-inch M10 OLED display, which offers a 2K+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. 

The screen also has a peak brightness of 3500 nits and incorporates Qingshan Eye Protection 3.0 technology, featuring low-light eye protection and glare reduction.

The features

The 4.6GHz 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor powers the device. It is configurable with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. A dedicated D2 graphics chip is included for enhanced gaming performance, supported by a large 6,700mm² cooling system.

A 7,560mAh battery powers the device with USB-C 100W HyperCharge and 50W wireless fast charging. The Redmi K90 Pro Max also offers 22.5W reverse wireless charging.

The rear camera system consists of a 50MP Light Fusion 950 main sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera capable of 5x optical zoom.

For connectivity, the phone uses WiFi7, 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, and dual SIM.

The device runs on the Android 16-based HyperOS 3 software out of the box.
