To recap, the HUAWEI nova 14 Series comprises 3 models: nova 14i, nova 14, and nova 14 Pro.

The HUAWEI nova 14i

The most basic version nova 14i, is packed with a 90Hz 6.95-inch FHD+ LCD screen, 2.4GHz 6nm Snapdragon 680 octa-core chip with Adreno 610 GPU, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, 7,000mAh battery with USB-C 22.5W fast charger.

For cameras, it uses a 50MP main sensor + 2MP depth helper. The selfie cam uses an 8MP front sensor.

Next is the nova 14. It features a 120Hz 6.7-inch LTPS FHD+ OLED panel, Kirin 8000 chip, 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, and 5,500mAh battery with USB-C 100W HUAWEI SuperCharge Turbo.

For cameras, this highlights a large 50MP f/1.9 Ultra Vision Camera, an 8MP Ultra-Wide Macro, and a 12MP RYYB 3x Telephoto Portrait shooter. In front, the device features the 50MP f/2.4 Ultra Portrait Camera.

Moving forward, the nova 14 Pro features a 6.78-inch 1-120Hz OLED screen with 1.5K resolution, Kirin 8020 chip, 12GB RAM/512GB storage, 5,500mAh battery with USB-C 100W HUAWEI SuperCharge Turbo.

In the camera department, it highlights the 50MP f/1.4~4.0 RYYB Adjustable Aperture Camera w/ OIS + 8MP f/2.2 Ultra-Wide Macro Camera + 12MP f/2.4 RYYB Telephoto Portrait Camera w/ 3x optical zoom, OIS + Ultra Chroma Camera + LED flash at the back.

Lastly, the MatePad 12X (2026) features a 12-inch LCD (IPS) PaperMatte panel with 2.8K 2800 x 1840 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, an unspecified Kirin processor, 12GB RAM, and 256GB storage.

The battery has 10,100mAh capacity with USB-C HUAWEI 66W SuperCharge.

For cameras, it has a 50MP f/1.8 main sensor and an 8MP camera for selfies and video calls.

Finally, it has a 6-speaker setup and is compatible with the Smart Magnetic Keyboard.
