Ultra-slim wearable goes international
This new wearable features a stainless steel case that is 8.9mm thick and weighs 35 grams without a strap. It is available in Phantom Black and Silver Gleam color options.
In front, it has a 1.46-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 464 x 464 at 317 ppi. Additionally, its screen reaches a peak brightness of 3,000 nits, which the company states is intended to ensure visibility in outdoor settings.

Inside, the watch is powered by a BES2800BP chipset and sports 4GB of eMMC storage. The interface supports multiple customizable watch faces.
For fitness tracking, it offers over 100 workout modes, with specialized features for running that include guided sessions, posture analysis, and lactate threshold monitoring. Some court sports also receive detailed analytics.

Health monitoring is managed by an 8-channel heart rate sensor, a 16-channel blood oxygen sensor, and a wrist temperature sensor.
The OPPO Watch S also features a 339mAh battery, which is reported to provide up to 10 days of maximum battery life, or approximately 7 days under typical usage conditions.
Other key features include a 60-second wellness summary, sleep analysis, stress tracking, and combined mind-body assessments. The device carries IP68 and 5ATM water resistance ratings and includes a splash touch feature for wet-screen operation.
Furthermore, the watch also allows for short video playback control and remote phone camera operation.
Connectivity options consist of Bluetooth 5.2, dual phone pairing across platforms, on-wrist messaging, and access card support. Location tracking utilizes dual-band L1+L5 GPS.
The device is compatible with Android 9.0+ and iOS 14.0+.
