Making PSA documents more accessible

Filipinos can now easily request any PSA document through GCash.

GCash users can access the PSAHelpline in GLife, where documents can be obtained as a PDF copy or delivered straight to their address.

Here's how to request

  • On the GCash app, tap GLife
  • Search for PSAHelpline or tap Government Services under Categories
  • Allow PSAHelpline to access your GCash info, then tap Continue
  • Read the Terms and Conditions, scroll down, then tap I agree
  • Check that your full name and birthday from GCash are correct
  • Review the other details and tap Submit
  • Fill out the form by choosing the PSA certificate type you need, selecting who you are requesting it for, and the purpose of your request

Choose how to receive your document

  • PDF Download, or Delivery: Enter your delivery address
  • (Optional) Add an Authorized Person to receive the order (They must be at the delivery address and show a valid ID)
  • You can request 1 to 10 copies of the same document

Review your order details, then tap Place Order and Pay via GCash.
Wait for SMS and email updates from PSAHelpline about your order.

Here is the full list of PSA documents that you can request with their corresponding fee and processing time:

Just take note that only fully verified GCash users can use this feature, and the name and birthday on the app must be correct.

Make sure also that your GCash wallet has enough balance for the PSAHelpline fee. You can order PSA documents for yourself, a parent, or a child.

If you opt for delivery, you can order multiple copies of the same document type in one request. For different document types, file separate requests.

  1. This is a really convenient update. Being able to request PSA documents directly through the GCash app saves people time and makes government services much more accessible, especially for those who can't easily visit an office. It's great to see more essential services moving online. After reading helpful updates like this, I sometimes take a short break at https://slotexo.edu.gr/ before getting back to my day.
