OnePlus Nord 6 confirmed to launch on April 7

OnePlus is set to debut the OnePlus Nord 6 in the Indian market on April 7.

Based on reports, the OnePlus Nord 6 is a rebranded version of the OnePlus Turbo 6, which was released in the Chinese market earlier this year. 

The device is positioned as gaming-focused, aligning with what the company has indicated as a broader strategic direction.

If the reports are accurate, fans may expect that it will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 and feature a 165Hz display, a first in its segment. 

As with previous OnePlus models, refresh rates above 120Hz are expected to be supported only in select games.

Additional features include a dedicated Touch Reflex Chip enabling 3200Hz touch sampling, a high-precision 6-axis gyroscope, a Spatial Audio Booster designed to enhance in-game audio, a G2 WiFi chip, improved 5G connectivity, and a 9,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging.

The phone will be available in three colors: Quick Silver, Fresh Mint, and Pitch Black. According to unconfirmed reports, a Naruto Limited Edition may also be released.

Pricing and availability details have not yet been announced. It is also unclear whether a Nord CE6 model, potentially a rebranded Turbo 6V, will be introduced.
