TECNO SPARK 50 4G launched: Trendy design, 50MP FlashSnap, 7,000mAh battery

On paper, it appears to be a budget smartphone featuring a trendy rectangular iPhone 17 Pro-like camera design.

TECNO also claimed that it has a durable body with SGS tested 1.8 meters of drop resistance and IP64 dust and water resistance. Moreover, it comes with wet and oily hand touch technology.

In front, the phone uses a 6.78-inch LCD screen w/ 120Hz refresh rate, HD+ 1600 x 720 resolution. There is also a top-center punch-hole housing its 8MP selfie camera with Front Flash.

Inside, basic. The handset is powered by the entry-level 2.0GHz 12nm MediaTek Helio G81 octa-core processor with Mali-G52 MC2 (820MHz). It is paired with 8GB RAM (expandable virtually up to 24GB) and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage.

Arguably, the main highlight of this phone is its massive 7,000mAh battery. According to TECNO's internal laboratory test, it can last 28 hours of continuous video play. In addition, it has 5 years of durable battery.

For cameras, it sports a 50MP FlashSnap main shooter. This simply means that it has the ability to shoot fast-moving subjects.

Other features of the device include the FreeLink 2.0 Signal Enhancement Sensor, which allows free connection for calls, text, voice messages, and photos. TECNO claims that it can improve the communication experience by up to 1.5 km in weak network environments.
