HUAWEI teases nova 15 Max, a phone with "extra-durable body" and 8,500mAh battery

Ahead of launch, tech giant HUAWEI recently started teasing the nova 15 Max.

HUAWEI is highlighting that the phone will feature an "extra-durable body" and an 8,500mAh battery. Moreover, it is said to have a 50MP RYYB Ultra-Clear Camera and Stunning Stereo Dual Speakers.

It is available in 3 colorways—Gold, Green, and Black.

Based on these details, nova 15 Max is clearly being positioned for heavy users who demand endurance and durability.

It could also be a great all-day entertainment device due to its stereo speakers.

The design of this device is similar to the HUAWEI Enjoy 90 Pro Max with a 6.84-inch flat OLED screen with 2756 x 1272 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 4,000 nits peak brightness. That phone runs on the Kirin 8000 SOC, has an 8MP selfie camera, and 40W fast charging.

The rest of the missing details about the phone are expected to be revealed on HUAWEI's global "Innovative Product Launch" event on May 7 in Bangkok, Thailand.
