Dongfeng Motors Philippines has launched the Mage EV, a full-size electric SUV priced at Php 1,398,000.

The vehicle was introduced on October 22 at the 14th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit (PEVS).

Dongfeng stated that the Mage EV can travel up to 530 kilometers on a charge, offering Filipino motorists a long-range electric SUV at a competitive price.

The company also cites an estimated driving cost of Php 2.00 per kilometer, positioning the vehicle for everyday use as well as business applications, including transport network vehicle services (TNVS).

Other specs of the EV include support for 28mins fast charging (30%-80%), 360K luggage capacity, 10.25-inch multimedia display, and a multifunction steering wheel.

Under the slogan "Built for Business. Made for Everyday Life," Dongfeng is presenting the Mage EV as an option for both private motorists and entrepreneurs. The company mentioned that the launch expands its electric vehicle lineup in the Philippines.
