Huawei's P9 line is probably the most talked about phone of recent times due to its Leica certified dual cameras. Then there's this news confirming rumors that there's a "Lite" version of the said device.

According to a recent report of PhoneArena, they just stated that the Chinese giant officially announced the Huawei P9 Lite, the 3rd edition of that series. It sports a familiar Huawei metal body with 5.2 FHD screen. Under the hood, the P9 Lite offers the midrange Kirin 650 octa core chip, has either 2/3 GB RAM, 16 GB of expandable internal storage and 3,000 mAh of battery capacity.

It also has a single 13 MP rear camera that doesn't have the Leica branding and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EMUI 4.1 UI on top.
