There will be an access to access to a customer dashboard that tracks every aspect of the repair at hand - service details, device details, repair status, quotation, and more. BTB even added an option where can even pay for parts online using a credit card.

Being an Apple Authorized Service Provider, all Apple devices and accessories would be taken care of by Beyond the Box regardless of where they were originally purchased, a solid advantage by this new service center.
