The X1 Extreme precisely controls the tremendous number of pixels and extends the capability of OLED to deliver an exquisite 4K HDR picture.

The New Bravia OLED's innovation include the first large screen TV that can emit incredible sound from the screen itself with the A1E series. Using the OLED's backlight-less structure, Sony developed a new Acoustic Surface technology which can produce sound from the screen itself. This unifies the picture and the sound that is not found in conventional TVs. 

This Acoustic Surface Technology enabled the unique stand-less form factor that removes distracting elements and focus on the picture only. The new A1E series also supports Dolby Vision, an HDR format that when paired with Sony's unique technology further enriches the experience.
