As we all know, Sony's well received Omnibalance design is ageing already. But, if we were to believe the latest leaks, it seems like change is coming for Sony!

Modern 18:9 Sony phones soon?

Today, several photos have leaked showing the first few Sony phones w/ full 18:9 screen aspect ratio! Both leaked images showed a refreshed and modern design.

The first model, has a more rounded design w/ solid metal clad body and fingerprint scanner behind.

The second model has a squarish design w/ Xperia XZ Premium inspired glossy back design. It's fingerprint scanner is possibly found on the power button on the right side of the phone. But, there are also rumors stating that it might come w/ an under-glass fingerprint identification. 

As usual, both has a dedicated shutter button and dual front firing speakers. These devices could also be the first Sony smartphones w/ dual camera setups.

According to rumors, the upcoming Sony full-screen phones w/ narrow bezels will come w/ a 5.7-inch 4K screen, Snapdragon 845 chip, 6GB RAM, USB Type-C, and Android 8.0 Oreo OS for around USD 950.
