Meizu has announced the upgrade to the M5, the Meizu M5s. It's a new entry-level smartphone built with beautiful CNC crafted full metal body w/ 360 degrees anodized sandblasting finish.

It features a 5.2 inch IPS screen w/ 2.5D curved glass, 64 bit A53 octa core processor, 3 GB of RAM, 16 / 32 GB expandable to 128 GB internal storage, and 3,000 mAh of battery w/ 18W fast charging support.

The phone has a 13 MP f/2.2 PDAF main camera w/ dual tone LED flash, 5 MP front facing camera, LTE w/ VoLTE, fingerprint sensor (mTouch), and dual SIM card slot. It's also equipped with One Mind AI engine.

This handset retails for RMB 799 (around PHP 5.7K) for the 16 GB variant and RMB 999 (around PHP 7.2K) for the 32 GB model. Just note that it's without taxes and duties yet.
