Sharp has finally unveiled the Aquos S2, a new smartphone with 5.5 inch display with three super narrow bezels, metal / glass build, and Snapdragon processors.

The smartphone highlights a 5.5-inch Full HD+ display by Sharp with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2040 pixels with 84.95 percent screen to body ratio and 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass protection.
The Aquos S2 will arrive in two variants: a lower-end Snapdragon 630 chip version paired with Adreno 508 graphics, 4 GB RAM, and 64 GB storage and a beefier Snapdragon 660 edition phone with 6 GB RAM and 128 of expandable storage. It'll be powered by 3,020 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 technology.
Onto the camera part, it'll feature a 12 MP f/1.8 w/ PDAF + 8 MP dual cameras behind and an 8 MP single camera setup.
It also has a narrow fingerprint scanner with 3.6 mm thickness.

The Sharp Aquos S2 will be available in China starting August 14. The 4 GB / 64 GB ROM variant is priced at CNY 2,488 (PHP 18.8K), while the flagship 6 GB / 128 GB edition will retail for CNY 3,499 (PHP 26K.4K).
