Coming from the regular OnePlus 5, OnePlus has upgraded the camera specs of the OnePlus 5T. It still has a dual camera setup, but its now brighter than ever.

Related: OnePlus 5T Review - The Polished Flagship Killer The OnePlus 5 boasts a 16MP f/1.7 Sony IMX398 + 20MP f/1.7 Sony MX376K w/ PDAF, EIS, 2x zoom, and dual LED flash at the back. Both cameras now has a brighter and faster f/1.7 lenses for better lowlight photography. OnePlus remove the 2x optical zoom and replaced it w/ the hybrid digital zoom. In front, it still has the very good performing 16MP f/2.0 Sony IMX371 w/ EIS and bright and fast screen flash. So, without further ado, here's our first few camera samples taken w/ OnePlus 5T.

As expected, the new dual camera setup of the OnePlus 5T is close to top notch in performance for a smartphone. Daylight images are now punchier in colors as saturation is stronger now. Dynamic range is GREAT and lowlight performance improved! Zoom is now digital, but we can't see the difference w/ the old OnePlus 5 w/ real optical zoom. Selfie camera is still better than most selfie shooters found w/ other flagship phones. So far, again, this is a promising shooter. We also like that it has an improved camera UI w/ histogram, manual controls, and presets! Watch out for our full review!
