Amazing student teams worldwide come together to bring their biggest, boldest ideas into life by working with mentors and industry leaders to share feedback to further hone their skills and their project.

This is organized by the Microsoft subsidiaries in those countries where in the National Finals will select the best reams from each participating country as they pitch, develop and present their ideas to expert to vie for the coveted spot at the imagine Cup World Finals.

All finalists will win an all-expenses paid trip to the world finals to win up to USD 100,000 cash prize and the chance to take home the Imagine Cup.

The Five National Finalists are profiled below:

Team DE LEXIE CODE from the Technological Institute of the Philippines is a team that presents Lexie, an Android Application powered by Microsoft Azure that aims to help and service People who diagnosed with Dyslexia. The app allows users to capture texts for word analyzation designed to mitigate some of the common reading errors caused by dyslexia.

Team FutureSight from the Technological Institute of the Philippines brings us Rheumatoid Arthritis Inflammatory Monitoring System or RAIMS for short will deliver a real-time monitoring and analysis of real-time status of the condition that is built on Microsoft Azure. This also enables treatment using RAIMS gloves with built-in sensors and coolers to handle the monitoring and treatment of the patient's hand. It comes with a full suite of apps for quick and easy monitoring of location of the patient and/or the doctor. With the data gathered, the Doctor can give prescriptions, or give orders for actions to be taken and will be updated real-time.

Team Jukechi from De La Salle Santiago Zobel is made of three high school students that want to make a change in the world.

Team Knights from the Technological Institute of the Philippines brings to us Breathe Shield. It is a smart inhaler phone case that integrates with the user's smartphone with an App that tracks the usage and frequency of use of the inhaler. This is based on Microsoft Azure which allows the Doctor to monitor the patients from anywhere. It also has blood pressure and heart rate sensors to provide more information of the patient.

Team Onyx from the Technological Institute of the Philippines is composed of students who aim to innovate the use of mobile applications and after a grueling presentation.
