OPPO just revealed the new F7, a promising mid-range smartphone with big notched screen, capable specs inside, and an A.I. assisted selfie camera.

The OPPO F7 has a 6.23-inch FHD+ 2280 x 1080 screen with a tall 19:9 near bezel-less ratio and notch that houses the selfie camera, earpiece, and other sensors.

Inside, the phone is powered by the new 2.0GHz 64-bit Helio P60 A.I. ready chipset of MediaTek paired with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU, 4 or 6GB RAM, 64 or 128GB of expandable storage up to 256GB, and 3,400mAh battery.
At the back, it has a 16MP f/1.8 camera. For selfies, it boasts the new 25MP Sony IMX576 front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture size and A.I. Beauty Recognition 2.0!
It has HDR for well-exposed selfies in a wide range of lighting conditions and the A.I. for the best selfies possible that will even improve your selfies over time.
It also has AR stickers (cute effects), vivid mode for saturated selfies, and a face unlock technology with 128 recognition points. It won't unlock when your eyes are closed.
It also has a fingerprint scanner behind, WiFi 802.11 ac, dual 4G LTE w/ VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, dedicated dual nano SIM slots, and Android 8.1 Oreo OS w/ ColorOS 5.0 skin.
The phone measures at 156 x 75.3 x 7.8 mm and weighs at 158 g. It will come in solar red, moonlight silver, and diamond black colors.
The F7 will go on sale in India on April 9. Price starts at INR 21,990 (PHP 17.6K).
