LG Philippines Managing Director Inkwun Heo led a simple event last week, providing the hospital with ten (10) 1.5 HP Dual Cool Inverter Split Type Air Purifying Deluxe Airconditioners, two (2) 13kg Inverter Top Load Washing Machines, one (1) 24 cu ft Side by Side Refrigerator and ten (10) 43-inch Smart TVs. Col. Jeffrey Jake Gallenero, Philippine Army MNSA, Chief of Staff, AFP Health Service Command (AFPHSC) was there to receive the donation.

The technology firm stressed the air conditioners, washing machines and refrigerator are packed with the latest inverter technology, promising energy savings and quality experience.

LG said all the technologies were aimed at giving comfort and easing the recovery of soldiers who suffered during the six-month war in Marawi City and are now being treated at the Orthopedic Heroes Ward.

LG Philippines is honored to support the injured soldiers of Marawi and the Victoriano Luna Medical Center, and we hope that our small gesture will go far in helping these soldiers on their road to recovery, Heo said

LG has been showing support to the Philippines' nation building. Proving this, just earlier this year, it also provided 30,000 personal care products and 200 computer monitors to 46 public schools in Marawi.
