Sadly, the Philippines is at the bottom with a video experience score of just 35.

In particular, Globe got a low score of 29.22 points. On the other hand, Smart got a decent score of 42.21 points.

It showed that Smart Communications, Inc. got a massive video score lead over Globe Telecom in terms of video experience performance.

This data from Open Signal also showed that Smart pulled the video experience score of the Philippines up. Sadly, Globe pulled the PH score down.

If Globe’s score can get higher in the next analysis, combined with Smart, the PH score will take a leap over other East Asia countries.
