This award shows Epson's commitment to achieving the highest possible international CSR standards. EcoVadis also acknowledged the company as being outstanding in Environment and Sustainable Procurement categories. This highlights Epson's efforts in proper management of labor, human rights and ethics.

EcoVadis is an independent and trusted platform that uses a unique CSR assessment methods that analyzes and measure 50,000 organizations. These are organizations from 150 countries across 190 industries. They rank them by reviewing the organizations' people, processes, and platforms.

This puts Epson in the top 3 percent of companies for overall sustainability

With this Gold rating. Epson is placed in the top 3 percent of companies in terms of overall sustainability. According to Epson, sustainability has been one of the foundation of their management philosophy. This allows them to maintain a stable and continuous supply chain with their partners. They also make sure that they are committed to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
