Microsoft appoints Andres Ortola as Country General Manager in the Philippines

Microsoft elected Andres Ortola as the Country General Manager in the Philippines and will work with partners to focus on digital transformation.

Before the appointment, Andres led the enterprise commercial business for Singapore. His leadership and focus on transforming the business has given Microsoft unparalleled value to their customers and partners.

Andres came from Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has 20 years of experience in the field of IT and has worked various regional leadership positions covering consulting, sales management, marketing and business management. He worked for Quest Software, IBM, as a co-founder for entrepreneurial projects and Microsoft. He is also a citizen of the world as he spent time in different parts of the world including South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and now, Asia.

Andres stated:
