Philippine Airlines now has Asia's first Hi-Speed FREE WiFi for long flights!

Philippine Airlines just claimed that they now have Asia's first Hi-Speed FREE WiFi for long flights.

Inflight FREE WiFi? Why not?

Good news, FREE WiFi for long flights!

PAL offers a complimentary 30MB MyPAL WiFi for all passengers and an additional 100MB for Business Class passengers.

Users can also top-up an additional 100MB for just USD 5 (around PHP 260) when users hit the data cap. It is payable onboard by credit card.

The FREE WiFi feature of PAL will allow users to browse the internet or even post updates on Facebook while inflight real time.

You can use the internet to update your loved ones for their peace of mind, never miss a beat like your emails/messages, post fun times while in the plane, enjoy contents online, and more.

Philippines Airlines did not disclose the exact or estimate speeds of the FREE WiFi, but the company claimed that it could "rival" your regular on-ground connections.
