At Lazada, Alcatel quietly released the Alcatel 3 (2019) in the Philippines. It's a budget phone equipped with pretty good specs.

Alcatel 3 (2019) highlights a glass-like gradient back design and a 5.9-inch Super Full View Display with a tiny notch and 88 percent of screen-to-body ratio.
