Meet TCL S6800, a budget Android Oreo Smart TV with HDR support
TCL S6800 focused on producing brighter images with overall better picture quality. It also promises faster performance and better integration of AI assistance compared to the previous model.
The S6800 has up to 49-inch screen with FHD 1080p resolution and HDR Pro with Micro Dimming technology. The features included are amazing additions since these are only found in higher end TVs before. Smaller screen sizes range from 43-inch and 40-inch at 1080p and 32-inch at 720p.
Micro Dimming technology helps in improving brightness, darkness, contrast and colors in different environmental and lighting conditions. It also has different modes such as Sports Mode that activate different image and sound optimizations to provide a more immersive and enjoyable experience.
Audio is no slouch either with 5.1 surround speaker with Dolby audio decoder. The speaker is designed to fire out dynamic sound effects and surround sound-like experience.
ISDB-T Digital TV is also included for the users to be able to watch local Digital channels without a TV box. Running Android 8.0 Oreo allows you to enjoy different apps such as Netflix, YouTube and Spotify among others.
Chromecast is also included so that you can cast content on your phone or laptop to the S6800. TCL's T-CAST remote app allows you to operate the TV from your phone.
The remote control included has voice recognition as well to make use of the Google Assistant.
The TCL S6800 32-inch variant of the S6800 is priced at PHP 14,995 with a special cash price of PHP 12,995. The 40-inch variant retails for PHP 18,995 with PHP 16,995 cash price. The 43-inch model is priced at HPP 22,995 with PHP 19,995 cash price. The 49-inch model is priced at PHP 26,695 with PHP 23,995 cash price.
TCL S6800 is now available nationwide.
