Sony RX100 Mark VII comes with a microphone jack!
The Japanese electronics giant has just unveiled the latest iteration of its popular powerhouse point-and-shoot camera, the RX100 Mk VII. It features a new 20.1MP 1-inch stacked CMOS sensor with DRAM chip built-in that brings up to 20 fps blackout-free burst shooting with full AF/AE, up to 90fps burst with AF/AE locked.

On the sensor are 357 phase-detect and 425 contrast-detect autofocus points that allow for vastly improved real-time tracking and real-time eye AF for both humans and animals in stills and in video!
Several features are unchanged like the 24-200mm f/2.8 to f/4.5 35mm equivalent lens, the same pop-up electronic viewfinder, the flip-up touch screen, and the same battery.
In the video capabilities of the RX100 VII retains the 4K/30fps and 1080p at 120fps but now with an option to disable the 5-minute record limit and now with an improved '4K Active SteadyShot' stabilization that uses both electronic and optical stabilization which promises 8-times better stabilization. Sony also added a microphone jack which makes this one of the best options for compact and portable vlogging!
