Huawei Mate 30 Pro to come with dual 40MP cameras

Well-known leaker Ice universe just Tweeted the possible key camera specs of the upcoming Huawei Mate 30 Pro.

Based on his Tweet, Huawei Mate 30 Pro will sport a dual 40MP camera setup. It will use a 40MP 1/1.7-inch sensor and another 40MP 1/1.5-inch type of sensor.

The image Ice universe revealed also showed that the 12MP 1/2.55-inch type sensor of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note10 will look very small against Huawei's cameras. He also stressed that Note10 has no chance of beating the Mate 30 Pro in terms of camera hardware.

According to recent rumors, Mate 30 Pro will sport a quad-camera setup. Possible, the two of them are the dual 40MP shooters. One of them could be the primary RYYB sensor and the second one might be an ultra-wide shooter.

Also, we won't be surprised if Huawei will also retain the periscope type telephoto lens and the ToF fourth camera.

There's no word yet when will the Mate 30 Pro be official. Last year, Huawei introduced the Mate 20 series in October.
