Look, the Redmi TV!

As it unveiled its newest smartphones Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8, the company also put the spotlight on Redmi TV, which boasts a massive 70-inch 4K HDR display. Redmi claimed the product is 60 percent larger than the 55-inch panel.

Redmi equipped the television with sixth-generation Picture Quality Engine and is powered by Amlogic quad-core 64-bit processor clocked up to 1.5GHz and Mali-450 MP3 GPU clocked up to 750Mhz.

It also has 2GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.

In terms of the Redmi TV's connectivity, it supports WiFi802.11 b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth 4.2 for lower power consumption. It also has three HDMI ports and two USB ports.

The company has also adopted the voice assistance and Bluetooth-powered voice-based remote controller of Mi Smart TVs, its parent Xiaomi's television line.

The Redmi TV has PatchWall user interface and Dolby Audio as well as DTS-HD audio.

Redmi is making this available for CNY 3,799 in China or roughly around PHP 27K without taxes and duties yet.

There is no word if it will be available in other parts of the world yet.
