Alleged HONOR Play 3 box spotted in China

Recently, an alleged box of the HONOR Play successor was spotted in China. Interestingly, it will be dubbed as the Play 3, not Play 2.

Is this the box of HONOR Play 3?

HONOR's Zhao Ming recently revealed that there will be one more device to launch with the HONOR 20S on September 4.

GizmoChina noted that there's a good possibility that we might see HONOR Play's successor at the above-mentioned event.

If ever the Play 3 is real, we expect it to run with Huawei's current flagship chipset, the 7nm Kirin 980.

To recall, HONOR Play is one of the most attractive affordable gaming phones fo 2018. 

It is a phone equipped with a 6.3-inch FHD+ screen, 2.36GHz Kirin 970 octa-core processor, up to 6GB RAM, 3,750mAh battery w/ USB-C charging, 16MP + 2MP dual-cam, and 16MP selfie cam.

It is also a phone with GPU Turbo and 4D gaming tech.
