Motorola One Macro with a dedicated macro camera is official!

Motorola has recently released the One Macro. As the name suggests, it has a dedicated camera for mobile macro photography.

In particular, the Motorola One Macro features a 13MP f/2.0 primary camera with Laser AF and PDAF paired with a 2MP secondary camera for macro shots and a 2MP third camera for depth.

Motorola claimed that its macro camera can let you take pictures up to 5x closer to your subject versus the primary sensor.

For selfies, the phone has a standard 8MP f/2.2 camera.

The rest of the specs

The body of this handset in Space Blue colorway is IPX2 water-resistant. In front, it uses a 6.2-inch Max Vision display with an 82 percent screen-to-body ratio.

Under the hood, it is powered by the 12nm MediaTek Helio P70 octa-core processor paired with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU, 4GB RAM, 64GB expandable storage to 512GB via microSD, and 4,000mAh battery capacity with USB-C 10W charging.

The phone also has a rear-mounted fingerprint reader, 3.5mm headphone slot, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, and hybrid dual SIM slots.

It measures at 157.6 x 75.41 x 8.99mm and weighs 186 grams.

In India, the phone is priced INR 9,999 or roughly around PHP 7.2K out of straight conversion without taxes and duties yet.

It will be available from October 12 via Flipkart.
