To claim their realme smartphones, customers must register their new Acer or Predator purchase for warranty at https://warranty.acer.com.ph/ within two weeks of purchase.
Each purchase of a qualified product entitles a customer to an electronic voucher that will be sent via e-mail. The voucher has a validity of 60 days from the date of purchase. Customers only need to print the voucher and claim their FREE smartphone at designated realme centers.
