Garena Call of Duty Mobile warns players of the penalties of in-game cheating

CoD Mobile has garnered millions of players in the first week of its release. Naturally, players would want to gain an edge among other players even if that means using unofficial tricks. To keep the free-to-play first-person shooter fair and enjoyable for all, the game developers have set in place an anti-cheating system that would penalize cheaters.

This system will detect users who are using the following tricks:
  1. Usage of any 3rd party apps such as crosshair apps or apps that enables docking of keyboard and mouse.
  2. Usage of unsafe emulators.
  3. Usage of VPN.
  4. Usage of hacks, game scripts, and any tools that modify game files.

The punishment for these acts includes the possibility of being banned from the game. While users can create new accounts, they would lose their rank, items unlocked, and all achievements they got using the banned account.

What do you think?
