Realme's presentation reads "Leap to 5G, soon for every Filipino" suggesting that it will be an affordable 5G-ready smartphone.

That device could be the realme X50 5G as it was shown in the presentation image.
Realme X50 5G is a handset packed with a dual punch-hole 6.57-inch FHD+ 20:9 screen, 7nm Snapdragon 765G chipset with built-in 5G, 4,200mAh 30W USB-C charging, 64MP quad-cam, 16MP + 8MP dual selfie cam, and side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The company previously said that the company is currently working with local network operators, internet companies, and app developers to speed up the development of 5G.

The question. How soon? 5G is still in the rolling out stage in the country. It means that 5G is far from being widely available yet.
Maybe realme will launch a 5G phone in preparation for the launch of 5G services in the Philippines this year.
